Yes – Zumba can help you burn calories at a high rate, thus forms part of the fat-loss process. At Action Point, Zumba classes are part of our program. Along with the other sessions, Zumba is included to help encourage guests to move their bodies in a fun and energetic way.

At Action Point we have 2 Zumba sessions per week, currently on a Tuesday and Friday.

Guests come to stay anywhere from 1 week to 2 months. The recommended length of time to see results and feel a big improvement in your wellbeing is 3 weeks.

Action Point is the most inclusive retreat in Thailand. All meals and shakes are included, 3-4 fitness and yoga classes each day, private PT and Muay Thai sessions are included, sauna and ice bath, massage, workshops, walks, mobility classes – each day is packed with included options and each day is able to be tailored to your needs.
