Our Team has years of experience and knowledge in Health Coaching. Your experience at AP will be built around helping you define a pathway to optimal health that works for you. Our Team will assess your current fitness levels, movement and lifestyle to create a plan that helps you lose weight, improve strength or enhance your overall wellbeing at a pace that works for you.

Each session will include some combination of:

  •  a review of progress since your last session
  • mobility exercises specific to your movement restrictions and requirements
  • strength training
  • accessory work to improve your body composition
  • conditioning challenges to fire up your fitness levels
  •  setting and refining goals and objectives

By working with a personal trainer, your program will be designed and adapted as you progress. We work to ensure you’re working at right intensity in order to provide progress and results.

The Personal Training Sessions provide the opportunity for real and lasting growth and progression. We want to make sure your results keep coming when you leave Phuket and get back to your normal environment.

The AP Experience is also built around making sure you know how to make changes to your lifestyle when you return to the ‘real world’. At Action Point, Personal Training is included in all our packages. Each guest has a dedicated trainer who assesses a guest’s goals and status, compiles an understanding of their abilities and motivations and delivers a training program that can create progression towards, and ultimately achieve these goals.

Each session is structured to include the coaching and exercises to help build strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility and understanding of how to improve these capacities. The expert coaches at Action Point, not only help their clients with perfecting form, but also inspire and encourage continual improvement.

Absolutely – having an expert guide you through the steps of building strength, losing fat, improving fitness and avoiding injury is imperative to succeeding in your wellbeing pursuits. One of the key benefits, is having the support, encouragement and accountability to keep you progressing when the plan becomes challenging.

Yes – having a Personal Trainer from the beginning is incredibly beneficial. The trainers at Action Point are all highly skilled in various movement patterns and nutrition and can help all levels progress.
